6 lbs. Pale liquid Extract

1 lb. 90-L Crystal Malt

2 lbs. American 2-row

1/2 lb. Biscuit Malt

1/4 lb. Chocolate Malt

1/3 lb. Cara-pils

Hops:

1 oz. Galena (60 Mins)

1 oz. Hallertauer Hersberker (30 Min)

1 oz. Hallertauer Hersberker (15 Min)

Yeast: ESB or Scotch ale Yeast

Brewing Procedure/Fermentation Log:

Mash Grains at 155'F for 1 hr
